Overview

Built TheWaterFirm's public website and its smart water metering webapp with Next.js — from SEO and an SSG blogs module to admin/tenant dashboards and Razorpay-powered billing.

Website

Built TheWaterFirm's public marketing website with Next.js, including:

  • SEO — structured, crawlable pages optimized for search visibility.
  • Blogs module (SSG) — a statically generated blog for fast page loads and better SEO.
  • Performance improvements — ongoing optimization work across the site.
  • Payment integration — online payments via Razorpay.

Webapp (Admin & Tenant)

Built the login and dashboard system for TheWaterFirm's Smart Water Metering platform using Next.js, Redux Toolkit, and Material UI, with token-based authentication.

  • Admin dashboard — property managers get real-time consumption monitoring, leak detection, and tenant billing across their portfolio.
  • Tenant portal — individual tenants get their own view into usage and billing, with multi-role permissions separating what admins and tenants can see and do.

Outcome

Delivered a fast, SEO-friendly public site with a self-serve blogging system and integrated Razorpay payments, alongside dashboards supporting analytics that can reduce water usage by up to 30% — with automated billing, cloud-based data handling, and multi-device access, all without any physical re-plumbing.
